PILLAR 1: STAFF
IMPAC Florida staff is comprised of a fulltime Site Coordinator and a full-time Executive Assistant. It is also supported by volunteers, peer mentors, mentors, community leaders and pastors.
PILLAR 2: ADVISORY COUNCIL
The IMPAC Florida Advisory Council is comprised of key service providers and/or key city/county leaders and youth representatives. There are (3) youth representatives and (4) key service providers/ representatives.
The Council provides guidance and support to IMPAC Florida and to the site coordinator and staff. In addition, the council works to increase public and civic awareness of progress, issues and opportunities, and provides outreach to youth, parents and community allies.
PILLAR 3: ONLINE REFERRAL AND ENROLLMENT
IMPAC Florida cooperatively is building a comprehensive data system to support more efficient and effective service delivery. This system will improve collaboration amongst participating organizations and help close the service gap.
Our online referral and enrollment are the beginning of the integration of a holistic approach to service delivery as we work to divert youth from the juvenile justice system and ultimately the criminal justice system.
PILLAR 4: COORDINATED YOUTH ADVOCACY EFFORTS AT THE CITY, COUNTY AND STATE LEVEL
To ensure support for our youths, this pillar helps stabilize policy, advocacy, community engagement with elected officials, organizations and individuals at all levels to ensure program sustainability, seamless youth service provisions and necessary revisions to ensure that the programs are beneficial to the work of our community partners and to the targeted communities.
The IMPAC Florida Advisory Council and staff play key roles in coordinating advocacy efforts.
